KYND Honoured with ‘InsurTech Innovation of the Year’ at 2025 InsuranceERM Americas Awards

KYND, a leading provider of cyber risk intelligence, has been awarded ‘InsurTech Innovation of the Year’ at the InsuranceERM Americas Awards 2025. This prestigious recognition highlights KYND’s significant contribution to advancing cyber underwriting and risk management across the region.

The InsuranceERM Americas Awards celebrate the most impactful innovations in insurance risk and capital management. Organised by InsuranceERM, the awards shine a light on companies delivering exceptional progress in areas such as underwriting, risk analytics, and digital resilience.

KYND was selected by an expert panel of judges for its ability to seamlessly embed accurate and dynamic cyber risk data into the underwriting process – from risk assessment through to exposure modelling. The award underscores KYND’s skill in transforming complex digital threats into clear, actionable information that enhances insurer decision-making and performance.

The judging panel also noted KYND’s measurable outcomes across the industry, including improved claims performance, increased transparency in cyber risk portfolios, and faster turnaround times for underwriting.

“Having worked closely with leading insurance players around the world, we understand better than anyone the complexity and pace of change in today’s cyber risk landscape,” said Melanie Hayes, COO and Co-founder of KYND.

“This award is not only recognition of our commitment to delivering accurate, actionable cyber intelligence – it’s also a testament to our relentless focus on innovation. At KYND, we’re driven to help our partners gain real control over cyber risk, enabling them to make faster, smarter, and more profitable decisions, while also supporting their clients in building greater resilience against today’s dynamic threat landscape.”

KYND’s suite of cyber intelligence solutions is trusted by thousands of users around the world. Offering real-time insights at both the individual company and portfolio level, the platform empowers underwriters, brokers, investors, and businesses to proactively manage cyber risk.
