Samsung’s latest Unpacked event is scheduled for January 17th, though, surprisingly, we’ve heard few rumors concerning Samsung’s next pair of wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Even if Samsung doesn’t debut them next week, we still expect it to continue to roll out new software tricks for the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro — which happen to be on sale at Woot in black or white for $129.99 ($100 off), an all-time low.

Despite having launched nearly two years ago, the Buds 2 Pro remain a terrific pair of noise-canceling earbuds, particularly for Galaxy phone owners. They’re both smaller and better-sounding than the first-gen model, and they offer a notable selection of Samsung-only features, including one-touch setup, head-tracking spatial audio, and the ability to automatically switch between Samsung devices. The comfortable, step-up buds also support wireless charging and 24-bit audio on Samsung phones, which, when paired with the right music streaming service, should result in even richer sound quality… even if Samsung doesn’t tell you when it’s active.

If you haven’t been keeping up on the saga that’s Apple’s ongoing patent dispute with Masimo, just know that you can still buy the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 — well, at least for the time being. What’s more, the Apple Watch Series 9 is on sale in multiple styles at Amazon and Best Buy starting at $329 ($70 off), nearly matching its all-time low.

From the get-go, the Apple Watch has always been the best smartwatch for Apple users. The latest mainline model, the Series 9, doesn’t reinvent the wheel but rather refines things with a brighter display, a new S9 SiP processor, and a second-gen ultra wideband chip that allows for more accurate Precision Finding if you own an iPhone 15. The upgraded hardware also lets you take advantage of onboard Siri processing and Apple’s handy double-tap feature, the latter of which lets you carry out various actions by simply tapping your thumb and index finger together. None of the new features are likely to be game-changing if you own a newer Apple Watch model like the last-gen Series 8, but hey, if it ain’t broke…
